We always enjoy staying at North Dickey Lake and especially appreciated the view from our site. We were disappointed with the camp hosts, however. We were never greeted, they did not enforce basic rules around the camp during our stay, did not provide firewood, and were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. There is quite a bit of low-level maintenance around the area that needs to be tended to, and it would seem that they ought to be tending to these things.

Beautiful peaceful campground. Nice and quiet as it should be (two years ago when we went a jerk was playing loud music and the Hosts never came by to tell them to be quiet).
Be sure not to leave any food out. There are bear resistant containers for people with tents to use. They should ticket people who leave food out! Someone a couple sites from us left food out all day. This is dangerous since there are bears in the area!

No host and bathrooms were not clean. Toilet paper was gone and we went out to buy two rolls for the outhouse. This was quite disappointing we had to do that.

View of the lake was awesome and spacious site. Note, the tenting pad is a little uphill from the car parking area. Host is nice and helpful!

Those are the best camp hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting, since Gordie. I hope we have the pleasure of seeing them again next year.
Mooses in Kalispell is a must, but I have to confess the pizza at Fire and Slice in Eureka is to die for.
We did something different this year. We went horse back riding in Glacier National Park - loads of fun and great people
The only issue we had was with the boat ramp. I hope you can get it fixed for next year.
Thanks for a great camp ground. See you next year.

Wonderful experience as always! We are finding that they have too many reserved sites that just sat empty. Unavailable for others to camp because people book and don't show up. Need less reserved sites and more first come sites.
