What Guests Are Saying
Emery Bay Campground offers stunning access to Hungry Horse Reservoir and is a serene alternative to the crowded campgrounds in Glacier National Park, just 20 minutes away. The campground is well-maintained with spacious, beautiful sites and friendly hosts who provide excellent service. While the access road is rough and some sites experience day-use traffic, campers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and the opportunity for activities like paddle boarding and swimming in the lake.

We reserved site 17 but that site you had to share the bear box with site across the road. We were sleeping in the back of our Explorer and needs a whole bear box. Camp hosts were great to work with and we switched our site to 3 but had to pay for it which wasn't a problem. We were just a small path away from the lake and we upgraded so it all worked out.

Campground host moved us to a different site so another camper could extend their stay and not have to move.

Camp host was very helpful - we only had a reservation for one night and he helped us get a spot for 2 additional nights. One of our favorite campgrounds on HH Reservoir.

Grounds are nice and the lake and view great. The road into the camp is horrible. 6 miles at 4 mph! Shakes everything loose and very dusty.
Had to leave 2 days early

Great campground. Quite and peaceful. In an area that can feel over run with campers this campground was really nice. The facilities are nice and the camp space well placed. We enjoyed it and hope to stay there again when in the area. Close to Glacier National but with out the crowds.

Very clean site including the bathrooms! Was awesome to be right next to them and water while being a short walk from the lake! Easy to find our spot and really enjoyed the location!
