We really enjoyed our campsite here. The lake was a quick walk with beautiful views. We enjoyed eating at the Chicken Coop and Pops Diner that was only a 5 min drive. The Base Camp Bar was also a fun spot to enjoy some drinks and avoid some rain.

Beautiful camp area! Lots of native Western Larch trees, pine, ferns, and shrubbery throughout, nicely spaced spots, VERY clean throughout, including, vault toilets/"outhouses", refuse stations (bear proofed!), and wonderful camp hosts! This area is nested between the river and the lake, so you got two different water accesses there, for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, etc. And since this is reservation only, this area seems to be a lot quieter and friendlier than some other camp areas.

Extremely clean. Camp hosts that were on site the days we were there were extremely friendly! They had all sorts of goodies for the kids that were staying within the campground. They handed out glow sticks for the kids as things started to get dark on the first night that we were there. Bathrooms were super clean too for it being near the end of the season.
