What a gem this campground is! Located behind the rest area so it has easy on/off highway access. The G loop is where we stayed, and the camp host,Maggie, was super helpful & friendly. Will be using this again as our half way point from home to St Anthony Idaho!

We stayed on loop C and I don’t think we have ever had a better experience. The camp hosts, John and Kris, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed speaking with them everyday we were there. The campground is absolutely beautiful with good flat sites. The restroom was clean and tidy. Will definitely return whenever we are in the area again!

Beautiful campground located off of the main highway next to a rest stop. Campground is forested and quiet in spite of the closeness to the highway. The restrooms were extremely clean especially for a vault type outhouse. The campground hosts are friendly and professional and very helpful. Fantastic and relaxing place to camp. Everything felt very safe and well cared for.

Great campgroud directly off the highway, you enter through the rest stop so perfect overnight stay. It was very empty when we visited and so quiet even though the highway was so close. The spots are very large and well spaced. There is water and a dump station available. No electric but each site has a concrete picnic table and a fire pit. You are surrounded by pine trees and the smell and shade is amazing. It was a great location for our trip and recommend to anyone who is on the highway. There are a few trails to walk as well.

Nice campground with large sites. Close to the highway which is convenient when traveling through the area but there is a lot of highway noise. :)

This is an excellent campground for campers who are passing through on their way to another destination. The campground was very clean. The camp hosts keep it very well maintained. We were in loop A, which is behind the rest area. It was wooded and shaded with a overlook at the river below. Some hum from the traffic could be heard, but it was not annoying. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay if you’re passing through. I was surprised at the lack of bugs too. There is a nice interpretive hike the forestry department set up that is the perfect length to stretch your legs after a long drive. Sites are easy to get in and out of too. Easy find as it it literally right next to the rest stop. Both east bound and west bound are accessible by a tunnel. We stayed on the west bound side which is farthest from the train tracks. The noise did not bother us at all. The trees offered us shade which was lovely and the picnic tables are a nice concrete. Found out you can reserve the even numbered sites and the odd number are first come basis. Great set up. Bathrooms were clean. Will definitely stay here again!
