Beautiful campground, scenery is awesome. Only downside is no showers for campers. You have to walk over to motor inn and pay $4 for a shower. Proximity to hikes is great. No cell service anywhere in many glacier.

One of the nicest campgrounds in the country! This campsite was closer to the entrance/exit, but it was mostly quiet throughout the night. Big parking area, can easily fit two vehicles or a good sized trailer or RV. Also a really nice area to put a ground tent. Easy access to some of the best hikes in the world. I would recommend this campsite and campground to anyone and everyone!

Favorite area of the front country in GNP. Can't think of a better place to base camp for some of the best hikes, which allows for the easiest way to plan for timing around crowds. Camp hosts and rangers in the area are on it, to help provide a comfortable, safe and informed experience .

Overall very nice and clean. However, there is no clear navigation (or wifi to assess the online map), no clear instruction how to wash dishes/where to pour grey water. Also, cars that start coming at 6 am to the parking are loud - not sure this can be fixed, but it is inconvenient for kids.

Large flat campground with plenty of trees. Not super private but that's expected at a cg this size. Bathrooms were nice - note that some were nicer than others. Walking distance to Swiftcurrent motel and store. Walking distance to lake and many trails.
For my site, bear box was in kind of a weird location and also my picnic table was way too close to neighbors table.

This campground is walkable to almost all of the trails in Many Glacier. There is a diner right across the parking lot at the inn and if wifi is really needed, the ranger station has access for 30 minutes.

Great campground. Enough essentials & luxuries not to worry about what you forgot, but remote enough to feel away from the hustle in the park. It was refreshing to have several major trailheads within walking distance or a very short drive. Site #91 was quiet and easy to access in the no-generator section.

We had site 21 and stayed 6 nights. We had to try many times to get a camping spot, but it was worth it. It was plenty of space for our 25 ft airstream and F250. Highlights were guided trail hike with Ranger Cameron to Iceberg Lake, hiking up to Grinnell Glacier, kayaking Swiftcurrent lake through the side river to Lake Josephine and seeing a bull moose in Fishercap lake feeding in the morning. Listened to the loons calling on Lake Josephine- they are haunting. All of it was stunning, surreal and the highlight of our 55 day trip to Idaho and MT. This campground allowed us to really immerse ourselves in the wilderness and get the full effect of Glacier NP. We used the showers at Swiftcurrent Motel and they were clean, hot and 8 minutes long. Hot meals were provided at the Motel restaurant. Thankfully, No bear drama.

Many Glacier Campground is accessible via Glacier National Park roads, which connect to US Highway 2 approximately 25 miles to the south. US Highway 2 is the nearest major road providing access to the campground.

Policies & Rules
General
- Make Sure You Book the Correct Campsite! You are responsible for reading the site alerts and booking a site that will accommodate your equipment. Most campsites and driveways are very small and will not accommodate towed units over 21 feet (6.4 m). A limited number of sites can accommodate towed units 26 to 30 feet (8 to 9 m). Many campsites will not accommodate camper 'slide-outs'. If you must use slide-outs, please make a reservation at St. Mary Campground, located 22 miles (35 km) from Many Glacier and 1/2 mile (.8 km) along the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
- Entrance Fees. The park entrance fee is $35 per vehicle and $20 for hiker or bicyclist. The entrance fee is valid for seven days (and may be purchased upon arrival or in advance). The park honors Interagency annual and lifetime passes.
- Food Storage and Wildlife. Grizzly and black bears frequent the area. Food storage regulations are strictly enforced. When not in immediate use, all food, beverages, coolers, cooking and eating utensils, toiletries, pet food, or other attractants must be kept in a closed, hard-sided vehicle or secured in bear resistant lockers located throughout the campground.
- Rules and Regulations. It is the camper's responsibility to be aware of all Glacier National Park Campground Rules and Regulations
- Maximum Stay. Camping is limited to 14 days between July 1 and Labor Day, and 30 days between Labor Day and June 30.
- No Hookups. There are no electric, water or sewer hookups at individual campsites. Shared water spigots are located throughout the campground. One dump station is conveniently located at the entrance to the campground.
- Generator free sites are # 48 - 59, 71, and # 86- 102. Other sites allow generator use only during the hours of , , and .
- No Phone or Cell Connectivity. There is no public phone or cell phone coverage in or near Many Glacier Campground. The closest phone service is 12 miles (19 km) east in the town of Babb, MT.
- Maximum Number of Tents. Campsites allow a maximum of 2 tents per site.
- Hammocks. Hammocks must be hung over non vegetated areas using one inch straps or wider. Vegetation may not be trampled to access hammocks.
- Renting an RV or trailer? Per 36 CFR 5.3, commercial business may not take place inside Glacier National Park. This includes RVs and trailers being delivered within Glacier's boundaries. Renters of these must drive them in themselves.
