Bathroom was very clean. Sites spaced relatively far apart, and all the trees provided a sense of seclusion.

Nice campsites. Great restrooms. Always clean. Nice showers. Had great evening programs too. Campground hosts and park volunteers kept us informed about events and being safe with bears in the area.

This is a good location for accessing the Going To The Sun road, from the east side of the Park. There are adequate facilities at St. Mary itself outside the Park, but the congestion and excessive activity of the west side can be avoided here. Loop A has good access to the Visitor Center trail, but the other two loops are higher up the hill and may have a better view of the surrounding area. Restroom facilities have been updated and are taken care of. (As I recall, there is a shower in Loop C, but we did not use it.) The host rangers are friendly and helpful as well.

Good location if you're coming off the going to the sun road. Campsites felt private with lots of brush surrounding, but very little shade because there were no trees. Bathrooms were nice & clean.

The scenery was incredible. The camping spot was roomy and close to bathrooms. The showers 2 of the four didn’t work. One had only cold water and one of the remaining showers didn’t have a shower head. Otherwise it was fantastic

This is a nice site. Plenty of room. Great views from the picnic table. Door opens to the road, but that did not bother us. It was great to be able to camp in the park. Full sun for solar. Great camp hosts.

Second time enjoying this beautiful space. Only suggestion is to replace the two showerheads that require having to push that button in every 20 seconds to get the water to flow.

We were in loop C site 145. The views of the mountains were awesome but hazy due to the Canadian wildfires. All sites are pull-through and adjacent to the road with many providing limited space for campers. Our site was tight and did not allow us to put out the awning on our camper.
There is a nice shower building with four (4) gender neutral showers with easy access from all sites. There is potable water throughout the loop and at the dump station across from the campground entrance. A camp host was in the loop, frequently making rounds to welcome new guests.
The staff were friendly and informative. The ranger at the campground entrance provided a good overview of what to expect and what to avoid. You cannot forage for wood but can purchase dry firewood from the General Store at the Rising Sun campground a short drive up Going to the Sun road.
Generators are allowed in loop C from 8-10am, noon-2pm, and 5-7pm daily. We had 4-bars of 5G Verizon service throughout the campground.

Campground itself was okay. Being virtually stuck at the campground for most of our day was a great disappointment. We knew we couldn’t drive our RV around in Glacier National Park, so we were counting on the shuttle service to take us to the hiking spots. When we booked, it said the park shuttles would run when the roads were open. When we got there, we were told due to the budget cuts, the shuttles were not going to start up before July 1. Had we been informed of this change, we would not have gone there.

We were in loop C. I love how the sites were all located on each side of the loop, leaving the middle an open field.
