Something must be done about the bar in St. Mary that does LOUD karaoke until 2:00 am on Monday and Wednesday. It is impossible to sleep in a tent in this campground on those nights.
Otherwise, it was perfect. The ranger talks were some of the best we have listened to anywhere.

The campground is beautiful! I will say I didn’t know this spot would be a shared campsite, so just keep in mind you are right on top of the site over if you’re tent camping. Overall still a good stay!

Only 2 working showers for entire campground. Bathroom wasn't cleaned for 3 days. Entire campground is covered with scrubby undergrowth type of vegetation that feels very unkempt, unmaintained, and unattractive. Very few trees. Each site needs its own bear box. Having to share communal boxes actually discourages their use because you worry that someone else will take your stuff.

The campground has gorgeous views and is very large. Convenient location and right within park boundaries. Gave us access to GTTSR which was great too. Only one loop has showers (4 showers) and only half the showers were working but otherwise we had a great stay!

Got in late. Quickly/quietly set up camp. Didn't have a chance to look around until morning. Campground was nice/clean. Neighbors were quiet and respectful.

Good location for getting around the park. The bathrooms were cleaner than expected. Some sites had more shade than others. It was nice to be able to walk to loop C for a shower.
