What Guests Are Saying
Holter Lake Campground offers beautiful, well-maintained sites with friendly and helpful staff, providing stunning views of the lake and various recreational activities like fishing and boating. Many guests appreciate the cleanliness, convenient boat launch, and the inviting atmosphere created by fellow campers. However, issues such as noise disturbances, reservation challenges, and limited amenities like electricity and dump stations have been noted, particularly during busy weekends.

We always have a pleasant stay when we go to Holter Lake campground. We meet new people, do a little fishing and just relax for a while. The facility was nice and clean. We will be back again next season.

Prices are too high. the grass at all sites was pretty much dead, and no fish cleaning station any more sucks

Beautiful campground. It was quiet this time of year and the host was very helpful and accommodating. He even refunded me money for a 3 day pass for my boat and pickup because I had paid for a camp spot.

Beautiful campground, but truck noise from traffic on the road can be quite constant. Tried to pick a site away from the dumpsters and away from the road

Good experience overall.
We wanted to talk with a camp host or BLM staff member, but no one was around.
Please re-open the fish cleaning station!

Campground itself is nice. Fish cleaning stations need to be opened! No one enforces dogs being leashed and kept out of the swim area. Checkout time at 11am is ridiculous!

Disappointing to see prime spots for camping reserved and unused. There needs to be a penalty for reserving a spot and not using it. Spot could be cancelled and used by someone else.
