The campsite we stayed at was clean and complete. The campground host was very helpful and ran a great campground. The second day, the weather took a serious turn for the worse. Night time temps dropped to 13 degrees with snow and rain. The Host was out checking on us and all the other campers. We had the chance to hike a little on the third day. Beautiful area as usual. We finally left one day early due to the freezing conditions. Our gratitude to the Campground Host for being so diligent and friendly.

Only four campers for the weekend. I believe some folks may have stayed home because of the fires, but the weather was great all four days. Some smoke on Sunday from the fire in Sequoia NP. Great camp host, everything was clean. Did not use the restrooms so can't comment on them, but I'm going to make a leap and say they were probably clean and well maintained as well.
There is a trail to the lake around site #12 and it makes a nice walk down to the lake and back. Also good for a bike ride.

Unbelievably beautiful place for nature lovers and place to relax. I just wished the lake alpine would be stocked with trout more often.

Website stated our 32 ft. Fifth wheel would fit in campsite but site is very narrow with trees and large rocks so we were unable to open our slideouts. Don't understand why the large rocks are so close to campsite pad where we park trailer. Requested refund for all four nights since we never stayed overnite and only got refund for two nights. Total rip off and had to move to another campground 40 min. away.

This is the best campground! The hosts are phenomenal! We had a quick thunderstorm one night and there was literally rivers running on either side of our motorhome. The next day as it dried out, the host was out with a leaf blower literally blowing the whole roadway clean of debris. Now that’s dedication and pride to his sites. All 22 sites I believe are clean. It’s peaceful and beautiful.
