We were in the B loop. The sites are quite small but adequate provided you only have one vehicle. Our big complaint was the shower in the men's restroom. The water was cold, though the water on the women's side was plenty warm. This is a beautiful high altitude area with the Pisgah Inn right across the parkway.

It was peaceful and quiet. The camp host did miss my tag hanging down from rearview mirror and spoke to me as he was perturbed until I told him that I did have my tag hanging. Honest mistake. He did apologize and all is well. I enjoyed the showers and the hot water it provided with no pushing buttons. I just wish I didn't have to walk as far to get there, next time I will park closer. I would recommend the restaurant across the street but the waitress was very rude to me when I ordered something on the menu that came out cold but was not specified I had it taken back to which she made the comment that it is on greens. When I mentioned her condescending attitude she just laughed at me. Don't ask for Morgan. However, the food was good. I like that there is a store across the street and there is a great view at the restaurant. If you want somewhere ten degrees cooler to get out of the heat then I would definitely recommend this campground. I just wish I has chosen a more level spot. Happy camping. Blessings!

Mt Pisgah Campground is one of the best spots in NC. The campground is located in an ideal spot close to Mt Pisgah hiking trails picnic areas and restaurant. The campground is very family friendly and the staff there always do a wonderful job. It is very clean and quiet.

We stayed in the campsite only one night. The campground was beautiful and each campsite separated by woods and kept privacy. The restroom was clean and the hot shower was very good and felt comfortable during the very cold weather. We loved.

All was fine until it was time to clean up the dishes. We understand the concern for bears. However, it seems counterproductive to not have a place to wash dishes. So what do campers do? They wash the dishes in the campsite and dump the wash water on the ground. Doesn't sound like a bear deterrent does it? Please do something about this. I woulds rather have a dish wash station than hot showers.

The Park Staff were very helpful and friendly. The park was very clean and kept up. We felt safe there. I wish they had at least 20 Amp power to recharge the solar batteries. We had a great experience at the Pisgah National Park Campground.

Had to look around to find a site level enough to level van with blocks. Men's shower warm, woman's was hot. Sites are nicely spaced and well laid out. Verizon cell service passable with booster.

Amazing location on the blue ridge and close to town. The campground and site were great. The shower and restrooms were always clean when I used them.
