What Guests Are Saying
Mount Pisgah Campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained environment with friendly staff, clean facilities, and excellent access to hiking trails and waterfalls. Many campers appreciate the privacy and spaciousness of the sites, as well as the enjoyable ranger-led programs. While some sites may be challenging for larger RVs and there are occasional noise issues, the overall experience is positive, making it a favorite destination for nature lovers.

We enjoyed staying at Mount Pisgah. We have a 26 foot C class RV and was barely able to fit both the rig and a medium size vehicle into the campsite. All of the campsites that could hold a C class RV or similar are a little on the tight side. we loved the location and the restrooms were clean and the staff friendly. If you are trying to connect to water for your rig you can't so be prepared- they do have a RV ready water station beside the dump station

We love Mt Pisgah Campground! So peaceful, and always cool, even in August... The campsites are positioned to be (mostly) secluded from each other, and RVs and tent campers are kept apart. The rangers are helpful and nice. We will be back every year!

Pretty much what we expected for a National Park campground. Good facilities and services nearby. Nice shaded camp sites. Separate areas for tenters vs RVs. Good location on Blue Ridge Parkway.

The views were incredible. The shower facilities were clean with plenty of hot water. Easily one of my favorite camping experiences.

Beautiful campground and it was nice they had a dump station. I wish there was a few sites with views of the mountain but other than that it was perfect. We were extremely close to sliding rock and to several hikes and waterfalls. We will definitely be back!

Great campsite, while there are a lot of sites, even when full on July 4th week, the sites are relatively well nestled into the trees. It's not 100% private, but you might only see 2-4 other sites from yours. Location right off BRP is great.

The ranger was not helpful and the campsite was too small to accommodate even one, 2 person tent. We were advised we could only use one tent and ZERO hammocks and the ONE tent had to fit on the pad.. Neither of our tents did, let alone both of them. Since it was my 2 kids and myself AND it was pouring rain, we went elsewhere as we wasted our $$$ and time. Further the website is not honest nor accurate as the campsites are literally right on top of each other. It is, by far and away, the worst campground I have ever visited in over 50+ years of camping...
