Nice campground close to the island. Plenty of shade. Feel for the host, she needs a 2nd host for it to be properly maintained, way to much for 1 person. Showers needs maintenance and more regular cleaning. Should have water at the sites.

My wife and I have camped there during the first week of May with some family and friends ( a group of about a dozen) for several years. We kayak and bike in the area, eat out for seafood and walk on the beach.
The setting of the campground is great, spacious sites and peaceful. We love going there. Our biggest concern and complaint is the condition of the restroom/showers. They should be cleaned more thoroughly and some repairs and improvements are greatly needed. Please have someone spend a little time and money to make the building and facilities look better. I would take that much. ( two examples would be replacing the rusty screens on the shower doors and use a pressure washer and disinfectant every now and then)
Thank you if something can be done. Take pride in have a better facility.
