Close to main road. Clean site. Clean washrooms and free showers. Almost every site had water outlets.

Seriously underrated campground. Each camp site is very private and feels like you are actually in the woods rather than an RV campground. There are no hookups but for short trips in our pop up, this will be our go to spot from now on. Bathrooms are clean with warm water in the showers and the hosts were fantastic! They even had little activities and goodie bags for my kids. 10/10 would recommend- but don’t tell everyone!

Great campground in one of NC's most beautiful areas AND there were bears at camp 2 of my 4 nights there! The showers were nice to have after all the sweaty hiking and the hosts were on top of everything! Will return!!

Great spot and hard working hosts. Only 2 bathrooms is not enough when camp is full. Also trails in cliff side park need trimming. The hosts might advertise for trail volunteers?
