Badin Lake Campground offers a peaceful and scenic environment, making it a great choice for those who enjoy rustic camping and proximity to hiking trails. Many visitors appreciate the quiet atmosphere, clean campsites, and friendly interactions with fellow campers. However, the campground's restroom facilities could use significant improvements, and some sites are closely spaced, impacting privacy. We recently camped with several families. The spot was beautiful and we swam in the lake. The campground host was helpful and pleasant. He did drive around frequently to monitor for alcohol, but this was not a concern. We enjoyed it!

A beautiful, quiet place to relax at camp. We unfortunately only had one night but plan to go back for a longer visit. We are told the zoo is a great place to visit from this campground but they were closed for cleaning so we missed out. All in all, a great stop and hope to get back there soon.

Campsite we had was great! Loved the hikes in the area, bathrooms were pretty decent. Only turn off was how close sites are to each other. Wish it was a tad more private. Over all I will 100% be coming back with the family!

Campground flooded due to lack of maintenance. I understand the weather can not be controlled however, when your entire campsite is under 2 inches of water when you wake up because the dirt/gravel has been washed away it seems to be an upkeep issue.
