The camp site was right on the lake. The site was great, had a table shelter, work table and grill.

Clean restrooms. Don’t like all the rock than keeps one from getting to the water unless it’s at the docks and ramps. Know it’s for erosion but ruins lake experience.

Great place to go and the rate is great. While staying at the, lake, we visited the Sod House, Salt Plains, Gloss mountain, and ate at a couple of great little restaurants. The bath house could use some work.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Big Bend campsite area! It’s a beautiful place, you can see the lake from most campsites! The area seems very well kept and the staff were very friendly! Looking forward to going back!
