Overall, it remains a popular destination for camping enthusiasts.

Extremely well kept area thanks to park volunteers. The gatekeepers were friendly and available when needed. Definitely will return .
I wish the park did not close the campgrounds so early in the fall. That is the best time for camping in Oklahoma.

Very nice and clean campground. I have seen some review about ticks, however those site are in an area that is a little more secuded and brushy. The main (and central) part of the campground is completely mowed. We were there in August and September and had no issues with ticks. Excellent service. We will come here always

The site was infested with seed ticks! Couldn’t even go outside of the camper. Told the host about it and she simply told us to spray for them and wouldn’t move us to a different site even though plenty were open.
