Great location, felt safe, loved that we were near the creek and fairly quick drive to Trillium Lake. I only recommend to prepare for lots of bugs - made it pretty challenging to cook outdoors.

We really enjoyed it here. We had a lovely site by the river and it was very relaxing. No water.

First time here! Awesome little campground! Huge sites. Almost every site looks awesome and most of them are right along the river. There wasn't a camp host when we stayed but the ranger who came by was very nice. They are super strict about the extra vehicle fee so make sure you bring cash. I know some campgrounds are more lenient. The vaulted bathrooms were kept very clean and even smelled good, I was surprised. We had a great time! It was everyone's first time and we all can't wait to come back!

Wonderful campground. You can take in all of Mount Hood from here. We had a nice creek running behind our site. The only negitive is the lack of signage at the entrance. At night, it was extremely difficult to find.

Our spot was amazing, close to the river , short walk to the super clean vault toilet, lots of rabbits running around. Host did a great job keeping things clean and friendly. Super close to Hood River so great cold nights sleep with the possibility of excellent food for lunch or short drive to the river. We will be back

This campground was a piece of heaven. Far enough back from the road to give you a sweet feeling of isolation, and nearby campsite neighbors are spaced apart and not too close. The outhouse restrooms were clean and close enough. The sounds of the river soothed us through the night, and without running water, the river was accessible to provide cooking and washing water. We could have stayed there a week or two!

This campground was incredible! The river that runs along it makes it so picturesque and peaceful. James, the camp host, was also great! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here (site 15 was phenomenal). Make sure you drive down the road to Tamanawa Falls while you are here for a breathtaking waterfall hike!
