What Guests Are Saying
Driftwood campground offers great access to the dunes and features friendly and helpful camp hosts, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. While the campground is popular and well-loved by many for its atmosphere and recreational opportunities, some reviews highlight concerns about maintenance, particularly regarding bathroom facilities and limited shower hours. Despite these issues, many campers express a desire to return, appreciating the beautiful surroundings and the camaraderie found among fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

when we arrived, another camper was in the spot we had reserved. knocking on door of camp host, no one answered. we moved into another spot. we did not see a camp host while we were there.
As we have a slide, the spot we reserved was perfect for us. the one we moved into .... not so much.

Had the campground almost to myself. Hours for the showers might make sense in the summer, but in winter it means you have to wait until it’s is dark and cold to take a shower, and it takes forever to finally get hot water while you stand there naked and freezing. Need to have winter hours that make sense.

Rainy fall weekend, so the place was empty, but the camp host was very pleasant, bathrooms were clean, great experience.

Driftwood is a nice campground. We were disappointed the showers were unavailable to use as the token machine was broken.
