Away from the hiway. Quiet. Peaceful place.
Hot Showers available at the next campground, for a fee. $1 / 5 min.
Token machine was out of order but host placed tokens on steps to their RV.
We paid for ours but many just helped themselves.

This campground is quiet due to some nearby wildlife protection areas. Not a lot of OTV activity in the immediate vicinity. There are nice trails going to the beach, about a mile away. There are trees and shaded areas, nature walks. You can hear the ocean all day and night, feel the cool breeze and ocean air. Some sites are bigger than others, but most are adequate.

It appeared someone needs to mow the grass more often, but not a big deal. I did really appreciate that I did not see any dogs running loose or on retractable leashes. My dog just wants to be left alone, so that was good. The site was fairly private, some sun and some shade. Campground was not crowded. My space was clean, didn't have to pick up after anyone.

We live in Florence and Lagoon Campground is far enough away but close if you need any thing, the grounds are flat and large for our 35' motor coach.

Beautiful campground with nice campsites. Several of the campsites have direct access to the Lagoon Trail, which is great for bird watching. The camp host was very kind. Unfortunately, you can hear the dune buggies roar all day. Fortunately, they are required to stop at 10:00 p.m., so at least it was quiet at night. Restrooms could use some TLC, including a good cleaning.
