What a beautiful area and wonderful campground! We camped for 3 nights last week and appreciated the quiet, well behaved campers in the campground, the large camp sites and cleanliness of the grounds. The only thing that surprised us is that we weren't required to check in to confirm our reservations and identify our sites as occupied nor did the camp host check on our two sites and vehicles. I've never camped anywhere where there wasn't some kind of proof of reservation required. it's a beautiful area with so many campgrounds. I appreciated that the big RVs and dune buggy crowd were at the campground up the road. Nice and quiet in the tent sites. Loved it!

camp sites are clean and well maintained. We go every year over Fathers Day weekend, sort of a family reunion. We have enjoyed Lagoon for the past 4 years and plan another visit in August.

Aside from the dog poo and left over garbage bits, our visit was quite good! The new camp host is very pleasant! While I only made it to the one bathroom by site #8, it was clean. We look forward to next august's trip and then fathers day in 2022!
