Heads up folks! No water. Likely won’t be all summer. No warning before purchasing reservation and no offer to repay for cancellation.

Southshore is a pleasant campground, and we were fortunate to have a site with lake views & steps down to the lake. It's nice to be able to do a hike around the lake (about 4.5 miles) directly from the camp site. An added bonus is being able to stop for lunch at the Suttle Resort & Boathouse also situated on the lake. The campground did not have water when we were there, but we were notified in advance and took our own water.

Very disappointed that we were not informed that the water was not turned on. We had to drive for miles to get water.
