We have used this campsite several times and love it. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing location. The only negative is the fact that potable water isn’t available onsite,so bring your own or plan to ride up the lake to 7 points

Great location. Clean bathrooms. The park ranger was super nice and a resource of information on the history of the lake, towns, fishing, and much much more. Looking forward to this years many visits.

Never a bad experience. The occasional late night, noisy arrival. But that doesn't bother me. I love the place. Fishing, boating, campfire food. Quality time...no need to say anything else.

Really nice off season. My site was in the cove right in front of the water. That was great for boating and fishing. Off season is the way to go. The first night, there were only 3 sites occupied. The next night had about a dozen but the campground was still pretty empty. My only complaint is the rest rooms. They were unusable, they smelt so bad. I could not imagine what they smell like in the heat of the summer with a full campground.

I really love coming here to camp, it would be nice if there was potable water on site but that's a small price to pay for the seclusion you get from a boat only access campground
