Gypsy moth infestation ruined the camping. We were told by volunteers that the government won't spend the money to spray for them. It is a shame because we liked the full service sites better than Ives Run. Campers should be notified if something like this is happening so cancellations can be make if desired.

Got there just before the Gypsy moth came. We only seen a few. Last week of May. But they were just starting to show. Its a shame that they can't spray on Federal land like they do on state land. Ives Run had tape on all the trees in the park to try to stop the spread. Don't know if it will help.

Only used this as an overnight enroute to Niagra Falls. Site was a little tight to get into with our 38' coach. Otherwise, the site and campgound were nice.

This beautiful campground has gone downhill. It is now run by camp hosts that at times cannot be found. Freeloaders are allowed to squat on a campsite and they are given "the 3 PM check out time"! On this past Memorial Day Weekend and the campground being maxed out, there was no bathroom/shower facilities service. No toilet paper, no soap, plugged toilets, and with a large number of campers, just a mess! Although not the campground's fault, even the small beach was closed to swimming because of poor water quality. Overall, a shame.
