What Guests Are Saying
Sheridan Lake offers great tent and RV camping with spacious, shaded sites and a beautiful lakeside location, perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The clean facilities and friendly hosts enhance the overall experience, despite some concerns about limited infrastructure and cellular service. While some campers noted noise from generators and construction, many found the setting peaceful and enjoyable, making it a desirable spot for future visits.

Loved the location near the lake for kayaking!

The location was great. Just wasn’t fond of the bathrooms, tons of flies and it stunk. But other than that it was great. Big open spaces so you're not on top of your neighbor.

Outstanding stay. We loved it here. Site 045 is the best here we think. This would have been a 5 star but they lose a full star for not having an on-site dump station.

It was a beautiful site, nicely spaced from the neighbors. Tons of gorgeous trees and and the lake and wildlife were stunning.
2 issues: 1. The campsites aren't super level and the spots for RVs were rather small and treacherous. 2. They used bleach in the pit toilets. Along with the ecological disaster, it was literally painful to use.

Beware that just because it says your rig will fit, it may be an awkward site that is either VERY unlevel or crazy difficult to get the rig into a position where you can reasonably level it without two feet of blocking!!!!

Campsite was quiet and secluded, lots of distance away from others. Clean and well maintained bathrooms. Nice beach, but a drive away. It was Sturgis week and we heard the traffic on the highway across the lake all daylight hours.
