The site was great for our short stay. I t is very convenient and is the second time we have stayed for an overnight at this campground.

Drinking fountains shut down, wifi that didn’t provide access to the internet, and fleas/no-see-ums biting our ankles, forcing us to go back inside the camper. Wasn’t expecting much from a place called the badlands, and it delivered.

Campsite is really cute and well maintained. Bathrooms with showers are available and seem to be regularly cleaned as well.

Its really the views that are the star of the show here. The topography was unlike anything else I have seen. The restaurant at the Cedar Pass lodge was convenient although not a gastronomic delight, but passable. The short "Door" and "Window" hike were the limits of our hiking in the 100+ degree weather. The coin operated showers fully reflected the normal area wide lack of water. Prairie dogs were cute and pronghorn antelope around. Worth a couple of day's visit on a cross country sojourn.

This si a standard campground. Sites on side of street. Site tough to level but managed. Best perk is it is in Badlands National Park with easy access to Visitor center, Ampitheater. Has electric which was needed in 100 degree heat

The evening program about the stars and parts of a telescope was excellent.
The shower in the morning did not work very well but what a view of the sunrise!
