What Guests Are Saying
Cedar Pass Campground offers beautiful scenery and a perfect location for exploring the Badlands, with friendly campground hosts and clean, spacious sites that provide privacy. Guests enjoy excellent stargazing opportunities and convenient access to trails and facilities. However, some reviews mention outdated showers and occasional cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, as well as a lack of shade and privacy between sites. Overall, visitors appreciate the campground's charm and its proximity to the park's attractions.

Just want to keep in mind that the campsite you pick is on the correct side of the road to match your door opening if in an RV as it’s one way. Otherwise you’ll find yourself with your door opening to the street.

Great location within Badlands National Park. Most sites are bump ins and the pads are not very big. It worked for our 22ft RV.

Very nice little campground with a great view. Although there's almost no trees to provide shade, there are nice covers over the picnic table that provided some shade. Bathrooms had running water and were somewhat clean. It can get very windy, so make sure you're prepared for that!

A beautiful location with stunning views. We didn't use the bath or shower, so no comment on that, but the roadside site was equipped with an electrical hookup and the site was paved, level, and sufficiently long for our 25 foot motorhome and tow car with room to spare. The water fillup and dump station are just a short distance away and easy to access, although there are a number of depressions in the road, so going slowly is advised. The sites are along both sides of the one way loop with shelters and picnic tables on the non-road side, so it you want your passenger side to open to the shelter, be sure to book a site on the outer side of the loop.
