What Guests Are Saying
Lock A campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite among visitors. The spacious campsites, beautiful views of the Cumberland River, and opportunities for biking and relaxing are significant highlights. While some facilities, like the bathrooms, are noted as outdated and in need of upgrades, the overall experience is positive, with many guests eager to return.

We had a very nice campsite with a view of the river. We were here to visit our grandson who is stationed at Ft. Campbell in Clarksville. The campground is only about 40 minutes to Clarksville and 15 into Ashland City. The campground is on the Cumberland River and has two boat launches. Also there is a large well equipped playground. There is no sewer but there is a dump station. The lady in the office was very helpful and nice. There is a small country store on the road to the campground that has very good pizza and items you may need while camping. We will definitely be back.

The dump is not well labeled :-) It is outside the entrance on the left before the stop at the shack. Great place though! Ample space and well cared for.

Nice small quiet park. We were only there two days and did not spend much time in the park. Bathrooms and showers were okay. Cell service (Verizon) was poor and so hot spot was spotty, and no wifi.

Very nice campsites right on the Cumberland River. Well maintained and relatively clean. The men's restroom had no soap for one day even though the cleaning service had been in there as I was entering. Still all in all, I enjoyed my stay and I do like this campground.

Clean and well-kept. Wish there was more than one bathhouse.

Large clean sites. COE Campgrounds are always well maintained, clean, on water, and offer senior discounts. I always enjoy
staying there.

It was great, beautiful, kids and fun. We had a river facing site to watch barges go by. Mosquitos were intense

Reservation confirmation not honored. Showers filthy. No electricity to bathroom outlets. Hand dryers a joke, blowing cold air feebly. Would not return.
