We loved the camp site at Thunder Rock! We'll definitely go back there for Ocoee River camping. Really appreciated it being safe for dogs. It was so fun to be right next to the river!

We had a great stay at this campground! The campsite was situated nicely for some privacy and was large enough for 2 multiperson tents to be set up comfortably next to each other. The bath house was clean. The site manager was friendly and very personable. We drove out to do some hiking and returned back to the campground to find everything as we left it. There were never any problems with disturbances in the campground.

Very disappointing that you have bathrooms open during covid and can't fill or supply hand soap!!! Disrespectful to the fragile rural community.

amazing experience. The tent sites T1, T2, T3 should be noted as part of the parking lot even thought they are not.

We had a wonderful time. The campground host was welcoming and helpful with hiking trails and local information. If you read reviews you will see a lot that complains about the road noise. There is a major road that runs right behind the campground so you will hear big trucks and cars traveling, but it did not bother us at all. The sound of the water rushing was relaxing and the campground was clean and well maintained. This is a nicely situated campground and we will go back again when the rain forecast is more promising. We will defiantly go when we can get the campsite we have claimed as ours ;)

The campground was nice. The host was above and beyond helpful and nice. There is absolutely no phone signal (at&t) even the host has no way to keep up with the online reservation. The website does NOT have accurate information on site availability. Might have better luck calling the ranger station. Our reservation was not marked like the others. Unable to tell which sites are first come first serve. Was very frustrating but the host helped and got us 2 nights at a site on the river. Again, DO NOT rely on the website for aite availability.

You park is gorgeous. Its sad that you don't maintain it better. The restroom were filthy the whole time we were there. The campsites need to be welcoming. Overall you guys have a nice place take care of it. Thank you.
