I love the bathrooms, they were clean and not too cold. It was very cold and rainy that weekend but the bath houses were still ok to shower in. The campground was clean too. It is now my perfect place to camp while I kayak the Ocoee. I wish it stayed open longer in the fall. I hope it opens fairly early in the Spring 2020 too. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Thunder Rock is a great little campground if you are prepared to dry camp (there are bath houses but no hookups except for one site). Also note that you will need to use the dump site at Parksville Campground a few miles down the river.

We really enjoyed staying at Thunderock campground. Close to Ocoee river and Blue Ridge. Hiking and horseback riding close by as well.
