What Guests Are Saying
Paint Creek Campground offers beautiful sites, especially along the river, and a friendly, dedicated host, Bill, who enhances the overall experience. Campers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, clean facilities, and local attractions, including hiking and swimming spots. While there are some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a dump station and occasional issues with noise, the campground remains a favorite for many, ensuring a welcoming environment for both new and returning visitors.

Quiet peaceful campground. Site 14 sites directly on/above creek. Great view of the high mountain peaks. Fairly private site. My third visit here. The camp sponsor is a nice guy and keeps this location in great shape. At exactly 10PM all you hear is the creek until morning coffee time. Clean as you are going to find vault toilets. An excellent base camp for mountain and gravel biking. Logged over 100 miles & 7,000' this weekend. Rare to see cars on the forest roads before 1PM. Ended each day lounging in the creek.
