We only stayed 1 night, and didn't arrive until almost dark, so we did not get a good look at the campground. It was dark and quiet at night. The whole campground is small, and built into hilly terrain, and therefore, the sites are kind of small and close together. Overall we liked it, but would not want to spend an extended stay there.

The host was nice and pleasant and there was hardly anyone there so it was very quiet.

The hosts were great, the campground was beautiful. There is one bathroom, but it was nice. Our only complaint was that we were in site 48 and the text pad is only a few feet away from site 50’s tent pad. It worked out fine though.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic camping experience!
Look Rock Campground is a hidden gem in the Smokies. The sites are clean, well-maintained, and spaced nicely for privacy. The views from the Look Rock Tower are absolutely stunning — definitely worth the short hike! The campground is peaceful, quiet at night, and perfect for families or anyone wanting a true mountain getaway. Restrooms were clean, and the rangers were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic place to unplug and enjoy nature.

We had a great camping trip, even though we had some light rain showers. The sites were a little small and close to each other. Our site had an problem with yellow jackets, but being Fall they weren't too bad. Grandkids enjoyed riding their bikes around the loop road, and making hot chocolate & smores over the camp fire at night. Look Rock is a cozy campground, which is a fantastic hidden gem in the mountains. Donna was a very friendly and helpful Camp Host. Will definitely return.

Super nice spot for car camping. The fire pit is right in front of the parking spot you back your car into so you can face the fire and relax. Really clean bathrooms and always had friendly surrounding campers! Have gone back to this spot a few times :)

Loved our campsite. Plenty of room for our tent and a couple hammocks. This campground is lovely. Our dogs loved it too. There were a lot of acorns falling the weekend we were here, so be mindful of that. Short walk to the restrooms. Definitely bring your own hand soap, as there is none provided.

Very nice. Quiet campground. Sites were far enough apart so you didn't feel crowded. Had electricity and paved so it was easy to use. Only issue is you not real convenient to the park itself, but that may have been a little bit of an advantage.
