We have stayed at this campground several times but this is the first time we had several tents next to us and in the immediate vicinity. They were using the shaded tree areas that we would normally be using. Other than that we enjoyed the clean campsite grounds.

They can’t really be blamed for it but obviously the water is low during this time, we did go over google earth before booking but did not expect the water level to be that low

You would think that the park manager would take the initiave and remove some of the weeds and cactus and make access to the lake so that the campers could enjoy what water is still in the lake. Why you couldn’t at least open the boat ramp for kayaks. We packed up and went to Georgetown lake, much nicer park and more organized. Replace the camp manager.

The huge beehive had us changing spots and I forgot to tell the great couple that were our hosts most days that spot 11 the 50 amp plug was faulty. We had to run water heater on gas, if we put it on electric it would blow the breaker. We did not have that problem in spot 10. We love the park just wish there was somewhere camping guests could swim

It is a nice place, the maintenance guy was real helpful I told him about the shower head being busted in the men room and he replaced them right away. Kathy at the gate held the gate open longer then she was supposed to do my daughter could get in the people there are excellent

Great park with good views. Sites are easy to set up for a travel trailer and there’s some distance between them. Highly recommend!
