What Guests Are Saying
Holiday, Texas offers a well-maintained campground with spacious sites and beautiful views of the lake, making it a great choice for nature lovers. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the abundance of wildlife, including deer and turkeys. While some facilities, like the bathrooms, could use updates and there are occasional maintenance issues, overall, guests enjoy their stays and often return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location near Fort Worth.

When had a shelter spot #61, it needs a little repair on door and blinds and screens. The new restrooms are great, they could use some type of ventilation fan it’s very hot. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Nice area for camping.
Holiday park is a great location for boat active and visiting Fort Worth. Plus convenient stores are within 5 minutes. Also Granbury is only 25 minutes away

This campsite was very disappointing. We stayed here to see the Stockyards at Fort Worth which was great, but the campsite itself was not very enjoyable. The sites were extremely unlevel and the electrical hook up was not in a logical place which made it difficult to connect. The bathhouse did not have hot water. The staff was extremely rude. There was no good place to swim in the water. We will not be staying again.

Bathrooms were bare but accommodating. Grounds were full of sticker burrs.

Constant harassment from people at front gate. One would say one thing about fishing spots and the other would say something totally opposite. Poor communication between the two. Probably won't come again.

The park is clean and well kept, staff so very friendly. I had a beautiful waterside tent site. I do wish people would pay attention to the no glass rule, or be more careful with it. Lots of it around....not the park, rangers of staff to blame. Love Holiday!

The gate attendants are always friendly and helpful! The only thing is this time the grass was tall and really needed to be mowed. Otherwise we love camping here
