Very nice campground. Lovely view of the lake. We especially liked that each spot had a very nice full shelter area. Very close to downtown Georgetown, the square, which is very nice to explore.

Beautiful park plenty of shade trees with the largest wood canopy that we had seen. The bathrooms were a bit neglected, but other than that it was a perfect two night stop

we've always been able to extend our camping every 14 days for up to a max. of 120 days, now, all of a sudden without notice, I've heard we can't do that anymore; plus the rule was we had to be out 14 days before coming back and now, without any notice someone said it's 16 days. plus, the rangers tell us they don't make any money on the camping, but, if that's the case why is half the campground closed (referring to Jim Hogg). we like coming here but if things keep going down hill, so to speak we'll have to go somewhere else. plus there are things that could be done by volunteers to make this a better experience for people to enjoy. volunteers say they need more help; we volunteer in the summer in Iowa and asked to help here & we're told there were enough people. so who's right. everything considered I personally prefer Jim Hogg over Cedar Breaks but they're both nice. They could just be so much nicer with a little TLC.

Beautiful park. Lots of space between camp sites. Nice hike close to camp. Site was level.

The campground was clean & quiet during our stay. Some sites are very unlevel so if you don't come prepared with leveling equipment, it could be a problem. Great cell reception here! I didn't visit the campground restrooms so I can not give a review there. Dump station is easy to use. Didn't see much wildlife here. We had courteous neighbors & will stay again.

The sites are spaced apart very nice. The walking trail right outside the campground is very good. The only problem I had is I left my plastic leveling blocks at my site when I went to get supplies and someone took them.

Good smaller USACE Campground. Multiple grills in need of repair and several Pavilions that need re-roofing. Overall good location, Facilities and experience.

Great campground with beautiful hiking trails. It’s closed to Georgetown if you want to run attends or visit the downtown square to dine.
