One issue was the gate code to access after hrs wasn't noted on my windshield tag. I had to go and ask the camp host. Also the camp host told me they don't noted due to safety reasons.

Nice view, park was clean and well maintained. Could use some pothole repair on main driveway especially around campsite 30/40??

Asphalt sites uneven. Tripped and fell from asphalt to ground. Hit hard. Stayed in recliner for 3 days with usual twisted ankle bruises and swelling. 3 weeks later still with pain. Otherwise nice park and nice location. Lots of things to do in the area. Berry Springs & Park Preserve had numerous birds for December and lots of walking trails.

Overall a fairly nice park. Like most ACE campgrounds, sits on water (Lake Georgetown) so offers fishing and boating. I'm a snowbird escaping Northeast winters and this is my third year here. Pros: big sites with generally good spacing. Shade and privacy if you choose the right site. Mostly level sites, asphalt but breaking down a bit. Georgetown is a great nearby city with everything you need. Great price/value, only $15/night if you have America the Beautiful Pass. All sites have a covered picnic pad, table, grill and firepit. Cons: Park is definitely showing it's age. Asphalt road and site pads are breaking down. Bathhouse showers are about as bad as they can be, only the brave use them. But I highly recommend and will stay here again. It hands down beats any commercial RV park and most state parks.

Love the lake views. Just wish there was more of them and more trees to shade the rvs. But we always love our stay there!

I LOVE It there! This was around my 12th time. Always clean restrooms, clean sites, great hosts. I’m looking forward to returning in the next couple of months❤️

Nice park with nice views of the lake. However, there should be more dumpsters nearer to the sites, so that you don't need to drive to dump your trash. The biggest disappointment was the RV pads. I have never seen RV pads as bad as those in any other COE park that I have been to. Very unlevel and crumbling, very poor!

Close to stores and services, but quiet and away from town. Clean with secure gates. Loved the views and large spaces between the sites. Starlink worked great as we were on the waterfront sites , out from under tree cover.
