A beautiful retreat near a bustling city. We make it a habit of staying at Jim Hogg Park, while in the area.

In general always good. Need to do some trimming so my RV doesn't get damaged by lower branches

Great spaces, beautiful views, quiet campground, and secured gate so campsites feel much more secure. Definitely would stay here again.

We travelled from Ontario to Texas to visit with family in Leander...Jim Hogg was exactly the kind of camping experience we were hoping for!!!
Hope to travel back and visit again....

If you are going to play music it's common courtesy to play it at a volume you can enjoy and not share it with your neighbors 3 campsites away. If you are going to have a fire because you just can not resist the urge to pollute the air...put it OUT before you go to bed so others do not have to live with the pollution you cause. Make sure to light it when the smoke is blowing back on your campsite not away for others to choke on. It's also common courtesy to keep the volume on your kids and dogs at a reasonable level and reasonable hours. The parks are for everyone to enjoy.

This was the fifth time we have spent a week or longer at Jim Hogg Park while visiting family in the area. The park is convenient with simple reservations, arrival and exit. The park is quiet at night and all other campers have been quiet and friendly. A great place to stay.

Jim Hogg Park at Lake Georgetown is a very good and well kept campground. We had a fun time over the four days we were there at Thanksgiving. Only downer was the lake level was soooo low! but, not the park's fault.
