Loved our site (60). Perfect view of the lake and had shade. Site was well maintained and bathrooms were clean.

The shelter was great! Very comfortable in the cooler weather. The light and ceiling fan in the shelter was a nice surprise. We would for sure go again.

The sites are nice and spread out from each other. Our site was further back from lake front and had tons of shade as well as easy access to the trail that goes around the lake. We will definitely be back.

Loved the spacious campsites with great view of water. My wife loves listening and watching the Cardinals. The only recommendation I have is to see if the city of Georgetown can trim up tree limbs on Jim Hogg Road enroute to campground. Many low branches extend well into the lane of traffic. Some trees hang low over the campsite road as well but since traffic is one way it is not as much of an issue. Staff at front gate was exceptionally helpfull and willing to meet request.

Easy access to campsites. It's a one way.
Clean restrooms. The water temperature in the rr showers could be a little warmer.

It was nice and quiet. Make sure to get a spot along the water.

Beautiful park and well maintained. They had just finished clearing all the broken tree limbs so we were able to forage so dry wood. Surprise, no burn ban. Friends joined us my birthday. Cake and campfire!!
