What Guests Are Saying
Alley Creek Camp is praised for its beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and well-maintained campsites, making it a popular choice for visitors. Many enjoyed activities such as kayaking and fishing, and noted the peaceful environment. However, there are concerns about an overwhelming ant problem, maintenance issues like overgrown grass, and occasional restroom cleanliness that need addressing for an improved experience.

We have been coming to Alley Creek, on and off for over 20 years! This is by far, the worst experience we have ever had! The grass was knee deep, dead limbs lying everywhere and also hanging from trees, ants covering the grounds at the campsites, pot holes big enough to lose a small child in, security light out at boat ramp and ants in all of the bath/shower rooms! We were miserable when we sat outside due to the ants and trying to walk the dog in the high grass was miserable for the dog due to the biting flies! We were so disappointed in our favorite campground. Unless there is a vast improvement by next spring, I doubt that we will eve camp at Alley Creek again!

Hiking, and a multitude of deer, amongst cedar and pine trees. Enjoyed it immensely.

Nice place will go back. But the place need a little more maintenance. Bathroom/showers over run by ants, one room light turn self off every few minutes , other water would not turn all the way off.

Actually sent a ranger, to the door, of the motor-coach (was rather sound asleep), to warn of the approaching tropical storm. Super-duper-uber awesome folks, and excellent customer service (skills).
