We were in site 207. Good long site. The problem was low voltage on the 50 amp service.

Very nice campground, I had some issues with the roads/drives, they are narrow allowing larger RVs to run off the asphalt onto the rock and dirt. Vegetation/weeds needed mowing and clean-up, maintenance was lacking. We found trash and cans in the fire ring left by inconsiderate campers, pine needles, leaves, and fallen limbs in our campsite from the trees when arriving, plus tree limbs that extended into roadway that needs to be trimmed. Would we return, YES, maybe these suggestions will help, and the next time things will be different.

This camp is beautiful, clean, and well kept. Due to it not being in a cove, the lake breeze and shade were wonderful for most of the camp sites.
The only thing that was disappointing that the quality and cleanliness of the bathrooms did not match the level of the campsites and park. Also, we were camping for July 4 week and it did feel like the grass should have been mowed prior to the busy holiday.
Loved the place and will come back again. One of the best for this lake. 100%

We had reserved E225, however, due to recent storms there was a tree that had been pushed over in a position where it could possibly fall. Park personnel contacted me before my arrival and informed me that they would have to move me to another site. I was moved to site E229 which didn't provide much shade but was still a very nice site that was mostly level.
The park was beautiful and most sites did provide at least some shade and some a lot of shade. We have every intention to return in the future. All park personnel were very nice and helpful!

We were inundated by little ants. They were all over our RV. We put down dematiaceous dirt and that finally got them to stop coming into the RV. Also, the grass was mighty high. Should have been mowed days before. It was very high. Otherwise it was calm and relaxing despite the heat and humidity. When the boat trailer and truck left (after the weekend) we had a nice view of the lake.

Nice camp grounds. There were ants everywhere. There were ants in my car, in my husband's truck. This was a family event, we arrived with several members of our family whom also booked their own spots who experienced the same thing we did. We were in spot 111, we had family in 122, 123, and 129. All but 1 family member experienced being over run with ants. We came prepared for bugs and ants with ant granules and demon spray, but this was not enough to ride the ants from our camp sites. We drove home smashing ants in our truck.
