Very nice park. Very well kept. Sites overlook the lake for a nice view at sunset. We stayed in a class C motor home. Pads are not very level so I’d advise extra blocks if you’re in an RV.

Well maintained grounds and clean restrooms. The sites are spaced far apart. It is an easy bike ride into Lavon.

Really enjoyed our stay. The lake is beautiful and our site backed up right to the water. Plenty of room to walk/run the dog and good lake access. Most of the sites have full hookups (ours: site 13 did not). A water leak developed on the site next to us, and the crew was out there to work on it almost immediately. They kept us informed and it worked out fine.
Bring your leveling blocks, the lake sites do slope towards the water as most do, but most of the sites here are manageable. WE’ll absolutely stay here again. It’s close to Wylie, but far enough to feel like you’re camping!

The Rv sites are spaced well. I didn’t check the bathrooms. The gate guard seems very unhappy. Some sites are level. The 30 amp electric connection is upside down. I won’t be back.

lovely big park with great views of the lake from almost all the sites. Lots of room over in the day use area to let the dogs walk around. Very pleasant experience. would be a great place to kayak but we didn't have ours with us this time.

The wife and I enjoy a quick get away to this park and typically stay for a week at a time. Friendly staff, clean bath house, clean facilities.

Electricity is poor. Max of 24 Amp service. Forget air conditioners. I did not see a single level site. Scenery is beautiful and sites are spacious.

Nice campground. Weather was great for this location at this time of year but may be hot in Texas summers as not a lot of shady sites. The restrooms were awesome. Private bathroom with shower and heater and clean! Would definitely camp here again. Site was right on the water. Beautiful sunsets.
