What Guests Are Saying
Speegleville Park offers a clean, peaceful environment with spacious campsites and abundant wildlife, making it an enjoyable destination for families and nature lovers. The staff is friendly, amenities are functional, and many guests appreciate the beautiful views and fishing opportunities. However, some areas require maintenance, particularly the roads, signage, and dump station, which have been noted as problematic.

We got kicked out the campground due to flooding water and the grass is so tall and lots of broken tree limbs.

We stayed at Speegleville Park in a Class A motorhome. The 50 AMP campsite was very level and included a picnic shelter with an aluminum table. There was ample space between campsites. The water pressure was 35 and TDS was 182. Space X is nearby and performs tests sometimes, so you may hear a distant rumble. We use T-Mobile and had 3 bars. There is a dump station in the park that was in good shape. The reservoir water was a good color. Folks were fishing and jetskiing on the water. The online reservation and check-in process was the best we have experienced from any park we've stayed at, and we full-time. We will make this park a regular stop from now on.

Spacious clean and not overcrowded. A little light on restrooms so good to have self contained camper. Hot water showers were old but functional

This is a beautiful campground! The spaces are spacious with plenty of room between sites so you're not right on top of your neighbor like so many places in Calif. Shower and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with TP. The ranger and gate attendant were very nice and helpful.

I hate to rate Speegleville Park poor because the park is absolutely beautiful. However, the bathrooms and showers are filthy. We were there 12 days (3-28 thru 4-9) and the restrooms were only cleaned once. When they did clean them they did a very poor job. I'm not positive but I pretty sure the cleaning crew was a "low bid" contractor and it showed. Loved the park itself and the gate staff but whoever is cleaning is doing a very bad job.
