What Guests Are Saying
East Fork offers a beautiful campground with large, spacious sites and stunning lake views, making it a relaxing destination for visitors. The staff is friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some sites require maintenance, including pad repairs and restroom cleanliness, and the lack of full hookups may be a drawback for longer stays. Overall, many guests appreciate the natural setting and plan to return despite minor issues.

Got locked out after 10pm. Gate did not reopen until 10am. Delayed the start of my trip for 3 hours. No need for a gate, what are you protecting anyway? Will not stay here again. I am 70 years old and don't need a curfew!

The experience itself was wonderful. I went with my friend and my two children. The staff were very welcoming and kind. We stayed at T-01. Plenty of space. View of Lavon is great. It was cool to have a piece of beach and a little walking path in the woods. We had a fire ring and grate to cook on which was helpful. My only issue was that the charcoal grill was missing the inner piece. So we couldn't put food in it without having it directly on charcoal. There was an INSANE amount of spiders. Obviously this is camping I get that, but wow. I’ve never see this many in one area. Not even 24 hours there we had seen a crazy amount of spider species- including 2 black widows. The other harmless ones were giant and repelling from the trees we were making the best of it but gosh! It was a bit much for Nov camping lol. Id still maybe go again, in Jan/Feb

The lady at the counter was very helpful, very kind. I was amazed to see she was working in late hours when she found more people are interested to use the park on the night of northern lights was expected.

Park was very nice. Could use more grounds maintenance. A lot of long term campers.

Not good for peace and quiet. 6 twenty somethings drinking until 2 am next to me. Motorized hang glider buzzing the campground the next morning. I will never go back

The park was amazing. The view was beautiful and facilities were always clean. The only thing that was a problem was that the camp site C43 was very out of level front to back so much that the hitch was on the ground to get the trailer level. Other than that we would recommend this park. Next time we will choose a different site other than C43.
