Sunset Campground offers a beautiful and quiet setting within Bryce Canyon National Park, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms and spacious campsites surrounded by trees. Its convenient location allows easy access to hiking trails and scenic viewpoints, enhancing the camping experience. While some sites may be too small for larger RVs and cell service is limited, the overall atmosphere and amenities make it a highly recommended destination for nature lovers.

The location was not bad and it was quite during my stay. However, there is a tree stump right there by where you park your car. I tripped and injured myself really badly when leaving the camp site around 5am in the morning. They need to remove that tree stump altogether before they kill somebody!

Campground was quiet and clean. Very close to the canyon hiking trails, shuttle bus stop, and bike path. Campground host was super nice. Would definitely stay again. Site A228 was nice with good space between neighboring sites. Two trees on either side of the entrance, coupled with a turn and drop off on the opposite side of the road made backing in the trailer challenging but doable with patience. Scrapes on one of the trees would seem to indicate others had unintended trip souvenirs.

Camping with travel trailer a bit tricky getting pulling vehicle on the “pad” along with the trailer. But close enough seems to be okay. Camped here and drove to CR and Zion parks as day trips. This is definitely the best place to camp (over the other two). Easy access to tram for exploring the park.

Our site was located behind the bathroom, so once it was dark, every time someone entered the bathroom, the light came on with a motion detector and then stayed on for a long time, even when no one was in the bathroom. Because of this, the light shone into our tent for an extended period of time every time the bathroom was used at night.
The campsites are very close to each other.

Bryce is an amazing park, with unique and amazing stone formations. You have to see them in person to believe your eyes. Being on site at night, with the incredible night sky, is very special.

Beautiful campground and great location. My only complaint is there is NO soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands. This definitely needs improved upon.

Nice campground, close to the point of views and shuttle. Only thing missing is showers. We had to take the shuttle to go at the General Store where the showers were.

Spacious camp site. Probably one of the most isolated site out of all of them. Close to the restrooms so it was convenient when needed.
