We had a great stay at site 12. Lots of space, beautiful trees and clean campground. The hike was beautiful too.

Camped at site 11, multi family site. We stayed Thursday - Sunday in August. There is plenty of tree coverage which was nice however, being in August it was HOT and the tree coverage gave little help during the day. Hosts were very nice and helpful. They offered little treats to my kiddos as they made their rounds through the campgrounds. The hosts were probably the best part out of the whole trip. Here’s a few reasons why: in and out traffic till midnight, lots of them being teenagers with loud vehicles and music. Campsites are so close together. The bathrooms were clean however the vault toilets were SO full. Maybe we stayed at a time when they were close to emptying them? I don’t know but it was pretty bad. We took the hike suggested to see a wishing pond or something and it was disappointing for the kids as we never discovered it. Same story from a couple who was heading down as we were hiking up. Honestly, its a pretty area but I don’t know that we will camp here again. Too much traffic and noise.

Campground was literally one of the cleanest I've been to this year. Pit toilets were well maintained as was campsite. Every site had shade with concrete parking and fire pit. Great place for families. The mountain road ends at the camp so traffic is only of campers coming and going therefore quiet at night. Since large families do tend to camp there, not so great for those looking for quiet solitude. Oh, and the camp hosts were amazing. Stopped by campsites in the evening offering a little piece of candy. Will stay again but not as a solo camper on the weekends. Maybe more quiet and solitude during the week.

The couple maintaining the campsite were delightful and the areas is so shaded. The bathrooms are so clean considering and the water sources are convenient.

Great small campground. Lots of trees for shade. Fun for the kids to ride bikes, hike on the trails, and play games in camp. I’ve been camping here almost yearly for 28 years and I would highly recommend it to all!
