There was no water any where in the area and no dump station. This is a specific contradiction to what the website indicated. No federal employee had an accurate answer.
We checked the website before we left and found something different when we got there. Recreation dot gov is unreliable.

Nice campground, quiet, enjoyable experience, would come again. My only comment would be the spaces are a little small so if you have a larger unit, be aware the spaces run small.

We stayed at site 22 and LOVED that we could walk to the beach. It was perfect weather at beginning of September.

The bathrooms were dirty and the showers had red mold in them. The vault toilet close to our campsite #45 had the mens side locked with no sign indicating it was out of order. The women’s side was full of spiders and spider webs everywhere. We watched the camp host drive his golf cart to this vault toilet, go inside and mark the binder that it was clean and NOT clean anything. We’ve been coming to this campground for 7 years and it’s gone downhill and the lack of maintenance and cleanliness is disappointing!

I love this campground. The views are gorgeous and the sites are really nice. We wanted to extend our trip, but Camp host seemed confused as to what spots were open. had a paper list instead of real time app reservations, so ended up moving us twice. Nice guy, but older and clearly did not understand how the technology worked. Other campers had their music and generators on very late. Camp host was no where to be found. A little enforcement could have made it a much more pleasant stay.

Mustang Ridge is my favorite campground I look forward to every summer! The facilities are always clean, the campsites spacious and well taken care of and the campground host is always great. Will definitely be coming back next summer!

Great location. Staff is attentive. Bathrooms are cleaned through out the day. Sites are seperated enough that you aren't on top of each other.

I have gone to Mustang Ridge for years. We really enjoyed it this year. The camp hosts were more pleasant this year. The flush toilets and showers were open 24/7. (Which was so nice) The only issue I had was the men’s restroom in the handicap camp site was closed for the second year. Difficult for 40 people to use one toilet.

This is a nicely laid out campground with spacious sites. We liked the privacy we had. I thought we might have easier access to the shoreline when we made reservations. We looked around the area & found the boat ramp & the cove. Not my favorite shoreline. Very convenient for trailers. The group campsite was a bit huge/densely occupied with six large trailers. A bit loud & daunting.
