Nice campground among the aspen trees with a Meadow in the middle of the loop. Lots of wildlife. We saw deers, wild turky and some cows.

Very quiet, pretty campground, near Monticello, UT. Lots of aspen. Most campers were in tents. We had a 30' travel trailer and it was impossible to back into our spot going the right way on the campground loop. Also, the spot was quite short and had a big aspen tree directly behind it. We had to unhitch the trailer to avoid blocking the road.

It did not rain while we were there, but there was a runoff area right behind our camp site. Also, though we had crossed a cattle guard on the way in, there were cattle wandering through. At least it was high enough in altitude to be much cooler than Monticello.

The campground was clean, had a nice fire ring and picnic table. It was nicely shaded.

Absolutely beautiful campground! Honestly one of my favorites I’ve visited. There were deer that passed through and grazed the field every day. The stream was serene; the trees incredible. I would definitely come back. The pit toilet was also pretty clean. There’s a lake nearby too! You can’t get better than this.
