What Guests Are Saying
Hood Park is a beautiful, well-maintained campground with friendly and helpful staff, offering spacious sites and scenic views along the Snake River. Many families appreciate the park's peaceful atmosphere, clean facilities, and good fishing opportunities. However, some guests noted issues with spiders, bees, and tree maintenance, suggesting improvements in pest control and tree trimming for a safer experience, especially for families with young children.

Bathrooms smelled like mold and kids park is not shaded. Otherwise a nice quiet place with good power.

We stay there annually every 4th of July, and we really love it except they are letting the bushes grow, in doing so the view is disappearing and the grounds crew seem to be doing less and less, went from the being one of the greatest parks with approximately 20 waterfront spots now it’s down to less than 10

The warnings about spiders may have been overblown. Didn’t see any. Lovely setting along the river. Neighbors were respectful. A dog park would make it perfect.

Campsites that are drive thru , could be a longer and not curved to accomodate a longer trailer.
