What Guests Are Saying
Mora Campground is highly praised for its beautiful, well-maintained sites nestled in a lush coastal forest, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Its proximity to Rialto Beach and various hiking trails enhances the camping experience, making it an ideal base for exploring Olympic National Park. While some facilities, particularly bathrooms, could use more attention, and there are no showers available, the overall charm and natural beauty of the campground make it a favorite for many campers.

We loved our time at Mora! The forest setting is spectacular, rain or shine. The campsites are clean and well equipped with space for tents and a good campfire spot with a metal grill available to heat a pot over the fire. The sparkling new bathrooms in Loop C were well lit and very clean. The sounds of frogs at night and birds in the day are magical!

Mora is a well built, older campground in good condition with clean but old bathrooms. Only one decent ADA restroom. Even with heavy rains we noticed no flooding of sites. As with many older campgrounds, there is little space for RV's but people seem to wiggle some fairly sizable units in. No hookups, working dump station.

Loved the Mora Campground! Enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing beautiful sunsets! Make sure to visit Hole-in-the-Wall at low tide, and eat at River ‘s Edge Restaurant in La Push…great fish and chips!

Mora was clean, quiet, informative, beautiful, safe. Even without showers it was just perfect for our family. 10/10 will go again.

This campground was literally empty but there were only a few cancelations to fill spaces. The Campground Hosts's did a great job of tracking down available spots and posting them but they had a family emergency and left last week. Now no-one will know what camping spaces are open! The told me they had 41 no shows last weekend. This system must be changed or there will be no camping at all.

This was a great location with plenty of things to visit in the area. It was close enough to the small town of Forks which had all supplies needed to recharge during our travels. Make sure to check out the Thriftway grocery/outfitters/hardware store. It has the greatest supply of hiking shoes and gear I've seen. We frequented Rialto Beach several times and found it very enjoyable. Hike north to Hole In The Wall during low tide for a spectacular view of the rocks and sea life. Take your bike on Mora Road from the campground to the beach to avoid the crowded parking. It is an enjoyable ride!

I love this campground. The sites are nicely spaced and a good size. The restrooms are clean and they have Family restrooms as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful campground and site. The only negative was that another person was in the campsite when I arrived at night and I had to kick him out. Be sure to have proof of your reservation, e.g. a printout or download, to prove your reservation if your campsite is poached.

Great private campsite. Close ocean access, I could hear the distant sound of the ocean at night. Great bird sounds. Restrooms were adequate and kept clean despite all of us tracking forest duff on our shoes. Not really any trails to hike, but a great place to hang.

The bathrooms were close by and very clean. There appeared to be only one Ranger at the park but he was friendly and quite informative. The back-in sites tended to be fairly short but adequate for our 13' travel trailer and wide enough to accommodate the tow vehicle alongside.
We would highly recommend visiting both Rialto Beach and Second Beach. Both of them quite scenic. Rialto you can park at; Second Beach is a short hike.
The only downside to our visit...it rained. But hey, this is Washington.
