The bathrooms needed to be cleaned not sure if they had been since opening in the beginning of May. The host doesn’t do much of anything there now which is sad. Completely different from past hosts. Our biggest complaints are the generators that are big enough for construction sites that run all day long! There is no need for this. We watched one family move from loop 1 as a generator was so loud running for hours right across from the host in a broken down trailer that someone looks like they live there. This isn’t acceptable and there should be generator hours so people can enjoy their camping experience of the silence of the outdoors without waking up and listening to this all day long! We have been camping here for years and this wasn’t a great experience we might need to find a new place to go from now on! Cost us even more because of the exchange rate to be surrounded by noisy generators! This isn’t camping. Believe or not we love it there and I am not a complainer but was very happy to be able to voice our concerns in this survey

Our site was just what we needed - peaceful, quiet. The campground was clean overall. It was nice to see the Ranger drive through a few times, and it was nice to see his friendliness in waving to people. The ONLY issue was there was a site in Loop 1 that turned on a huge generator in the back of his truck at 7 am Sunday morning and it ran continuously until around noon - this was VERY loud and disruptive to the entire campground as the noise was heard throughout the entire campground. Other than that, it was a very nice weekend at Kettle Falls.

Squatters in our reserved site. The campground is by reservation only, so they were not suppose to be there. The camp host knew about it and they even left a note with them the day before. They refused to leave. Park Ranger...no idea if they even got called about it. We left and dispersed camped elsewhere. Doubt we will come back to this campground since they seem to be a bit lackadaisical about removing squatters in the camp sites.

This is a decent campground and we've stayed here in November for several hunting seasons. This year there was a few inches of snow when we arrived. Make sure to bring your own shovel if you come during the winter season, as the RV sites aren't plowed and the entries can be blocked with berms from plowing the road. (During our stay they weren't careful to not plow us in when there was additional snow.) Also, be aware that the water is turned off during the winter season.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
