Large site, Plenty of room for an 8 person tent. The kids had a lot of fun playing on nearby logs and in the stream nearby. We will be back.

Campsites are situated among giant trees. Adequately spaced and fairly private. Good location to access Mt Rainier, both Paradise and Sunrise areas. Nice and close to Packwood for both gas, ice and supplies. Relax at Packwood Brewing after a day’s activities .

A great campground right next to the river. Beautiful swimming hole . Unfortuantely our spot was next to some very smelly porta potties that were extremely full.

Over all great experience! Well maintained. We love the deep in the woods feel. The Blue Hole and the hiking trails are a plus!
